Shipping / Return and Terms & Conditions Policy Notice: 

  • Although we always do our best to keep our web page up to date - prices and product specifications are subject to change without notice. 
  • Shipping costs are an estimate. (Please read)
    The size and weight of our products vary from product to product, therefore it is difficult to accurately predict shipping costs.
    * The shipping cost estimate you see on your order confirmation may increase or decrease slightly.
    The cost that will be charged to your account is the actual charge that we pay the shipper.

  • All products will ship when the product is available in stock.

  • Usually they are ready for shipping within 10 - 15 business days. Sometimes the product ships sooner.

    • Special order and out of stock items that need to be manufactured are usually ready for shipping in 3 business weeks.
      Manufacturing fluctuations may change the number of days to ship. 

    • All orders will be shipped via UPS Ground unless the customer requests alternate methods.

  • Ground Service

    • Provided by UPS

    • Ground delivery time is usually within 5 to 10 business days after shipment.

    • Actual delivery time depends on shipping distance and may vary.

    • Delivery to some remote addresses may take up to 2-4 additional business days.

    • Available only to addresses in the 48 continental states.

    • If delivery time is critical, please contact us immediately at 605-299-4631. 
       

  • Overnight and Second Day Delivery Shipping

    • Provided by UPS

    • Delivery time is usually 48 hours after shipment

    • Actual delivery time depends on shipping distance and may vary.

    • Delivery to some remote addresses may take up to 2-4 additional business days.

    • Available only to addresses in the 48 continental states.

    • If delivery time is critical, please contact us immediately at 605-299-4631. 
       

  • Handling & Processing Fee

    • We charge a "handling & processing fee" on most transactions in order to help cover our warehousing, order processing, systems and overhead costs. This fee currently is a flat rate of $7.50.
       

  • Shipment Tracking

    • The link provided on the order confirmation email you received after you confirmed the order allows you to get information on the status of your order. Click on this link. The system will prompt you for your username (email address) and the password you were given in this email.

  • Backorder Policy

    • Sometimes a product is not available at the time of order, and it needs to be manufactured. 

    • This causes delays in delivery time. 

    • During times like this, we will work hard to ensure the product ordered is ready for delivery within 7 - 10 business days.

    • If delivery time is critical and you decide to cancel your order, please contact us immediately at 605-299-4631.
       

Return Policy - General Terms

  • Please note that all purchases are final.
     

  • Special Orders are not returnable under any circumstances after they are approved by the customer - please see the important exceptions outlined below.

    • Unauthorized or Refused Returns
       

  • RaBco Products will not accept unauthorized returns or exchanges. Packages without a Return Authorization Number will be refused upon return to our company. RaBco Products will impose a 20% restocking fee plus any applicable shipping and handling fees for refused shipments by the customer. Additional charges may apply if the merchandise is not returned in 100% complete condition in the original, unopened packaging.

  • The quickest way for us to handle a return is for you to accept delivery and then contact us about sending the item back. When you follow this procedure we can credit your account in a few days.

  • We recommend that you accept delivery of the product and then contact us immediately for a Return Authorization (RA) Number.
     

  • Defective Returns

    • Defective returns will be accepted for exchange, at our discretion, within 30 days from the shipment date. If there is no exchange we have the right to impose a 20% restocking fee. No refunds or credit will be granted after 30 days.
       

  • Money-back Guarantees

    • RaBco Products does not offer a money-back guarantee on any product.
       

  • Special Order Cancellations

    • Special orders that are cancelled by the customer will result in a $50 handling charge to recover the shipping of samples and time spent on the special order.
       

  • Return Procedures

    • RaBco Products offers a 30-day return policy on selected items.  Excludes special orders where the customer approved a pre-production sample.

    • We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. All authorized returns must include a shipment tracking number. Subsequent to an approval authorization, a credit to an account or issuance of a check may take up to 30 days.

    • Returns must be 100% complete, in original and resalable condition, with all original boxes and packing materials.  We reserve the right to refuse a return on any product that does not meet these requirements.

    • The Customer is responsible for shipping and handling charges on all returned items.
